  2. The driver will pick up guests from each hotel in order. You may have to wait for a while, usually no more than 10-15 minutes. Please be patient.
  3. Please be sure to wait for the driver in the hotel lobby (not the room or the restaurant) at the earliest pick-up time.
  4. After the driver arrives at the hotel, they can only wait for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. The driver will leave on his own. The company will record it as NoShow and no refund will be given.
  5. No need to bring a passport (taking a photo of the first page of the passport is enough)
  6. Please keep the phone turned on at all times to facilitate contact with you.
  7. Cancellation within 72 hours before departure is not allowed, and cancellation cannot be refunded.
