- The driver will pick up guests from each hotel in order. You may have to wait for a while, usually no more than 10-15 minutes. Please be patient.
- Please be sure to wait for the driver in the hotel lobby (not the room or the restaurant) at the earliest pick-up time.
- After the driver arrives at the hotel, they can only wait for a maximum of 5-10 minutes. The driver will leave on his own. The company will record it as NoShow and no refund will be given.
- No need to bring a passport (taking a photo of the first page of the passport is enough)
- Please keep the phone turned on at all times to facilitate contact with you.
- Cancellation within 72 hours before departure is not allowed, and cancellation cannot be refunded.
