Buffet lunch at Resort

The Taurus Speed Catamaran tour brings together Coral Island’s beach atmosphere, Racha Yai’s coastal scenery and an afternoon of sea activities. Departing from Chalong Pier in Phuket, this one-day trip suits travellers who want to spend time ashore and enjoy the boat itself along the way.
The experience centers on a two-level power catamaran with an upper relaxation area, bow viewing space and seating inside the cabin. A 3-metre waterslide adds a playful side to the trip, while a Thai buffet at Ban Raya Resort gives the day a break on land.

Taurus features individual cabin seats, a U-shaped seating area, a bow viewing area and an upper sun-lounging space. These give you different ways to enjoy the journey: sit inside, watch the coast from the bow, or take a photo with the sea behind you when the crew permits.

Taurus is a speed catamaran rather than a sailing yacht. Its twin-hull design does not eliminate movement at sea; comfort still depends on conditions, and guests who are sensitive to motion should plan accordingly. Use decks and activity areas only as directed by the crew.

Coral Island offers time to settle into the day with a walk by the water, beach photos or a relaxed pause by the sea. Enjoy roughly an hour of free time here.
Travellers who want more activity can enquire about optional water sports such as banana boat rides and parasailing. These are paid separately and are subject to local availability and operating conditions. If you have a preferred Coral Island beach, confirm the landing area before booking.

The Racha stop is Racha Yai, also commonly called Racha Island; Racha Noi is not part of this route. Arrive at Ao Ter Bay and continue by local island transport to Ban Raya Resort.
Time around the resort’s Kon Kare bay area gives you a chance to enjoy the coast and take photos. Guests who want snorkeling equipment during this independent shore period can rent it locally. This is separate from the shared afternoon snorkeling session from the boat.

Guests who have not booked optional scuba diving then visit the large beach by The Racha for a short period of free time. The beach visit is not a promise of access to The Racha hotel’s private facilities.

The 3-metre waterslide is one of Taurus’s most distinctive features. The afternoon sea stop also offers paddleboards, a floating mat and water toys. You can choose the activities that suit your confidence and the conditions, with the crew’s instructions taking priority.
Snorkeling offers another way to enjoy the water around Racha Island. The actual snorkeling location and underwater visibility depend on the day’s sea conditions. Marine life varies, and particular fish or coral sightings cannot be guaranteed. Equipment and water activities remain subject to safe operation.

Lunch takes place at Ban Raya Resort on Racha Island, giving you time to sit down for a Thai-style buffet before the afternoon programme. The buffet menu may vary from day to day.

The resort surroundings also provide opportunities for photos during the scheduled visit. If you have dietary needs, tell Sea Me Again before booking so arrangements can be checked with the operator.

The guide offers photo assistance, with approximately 4–6 photos per person. Ask the guide when you would like help taking pictures; it is not an automatic professional photo shoot. The bow, upper relaxation area and island coastline provide different settings, subject to safe access and the day’s schedule.

Consider Taurus if you want a two-island day trip with beach time, snorkeling and playful boat activities. Couples, friends and eligible families may appreciate the variety between time ashore and time on the water. Travellers who want a power-catamaran experience can also consider it alongside conventional speedboat options.
Check the age and health restrictions before booking. If optional diving is your priority, remember that it replaces the large Racha beach visit. Contact Sea Me Again for help checking eligibility, pickup arrangements and the latest programme.
